Has a New Owner<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We would like to inform you about an important milestone in the further development of <strong>ROTIS d.o.o.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Czech industrial group <strong>ANACOT CAPITAL a.s.<\/strong> has become the new owner of <strong>ROTIS d.o.o.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ANACOT CAPITAL a.s.<\/strong> is a long-term oriented industrial group focused on the development of stable and promising companies. The acquisition of ROTIS d.o.o. is based on the company\u2019s proven results, technical expertise, and the high level of professionalism of its employees. Going forward, the group will actively support the continued growth of the company and the strengthening of its market position.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ROTIS d.o.o. was acquired as a successful and stable company that fits very well into the engineering group of ANACOT CAPITAL a.s.<br \/>\nThe group also includes <strong>TRIANGOLO spol. s r.o.<\/strong>, one of ROTIS\u2019s long-standing suppliers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This change will <strong>not affect existing business relationships or day-to-day operations<\/strong>.
