We would like to inform you about an important milestone in the further development of ROTIS d.o.o.
The Czech industrial group ANACOT CAPITAL a.s. has become the new owner of ROTIS d.o.o.
ANACOT CAPITAL a.s. is a long-term oriented industrial group focused on the development of stable and promising companies. The acquisition of ROTIS d.o.o. is based on the company’s proven results, technical expertise, and the high level of professionalism of its employees. Going forward, the group will actively support the continued growth of the company and the strengthening of its market position.
ROTIS d.o.o. was acquired as a successful and stable company that fits very well into the engineering group of ANACOT CAPITAL a.s.
The group also includes TRIANGOLO spol. s r.o., one of ROTIS’s long-standing suppliers.
This change will not affect existing business relationships or day-to-day operations. ROTIS d.o.o. will continue its activities with the same focus, the same contractual partners, and an unchanged team of employees, who remain the foundation of our success and reliability.
By joining the ANACOT CAPITAL group, ROTIS d.o.o. becomes part of a strong European engineering group, opening up new opportunities for development, knowledge sharing, and access to new markets.
