In Memoriam – Ivan Črnkovič, Founder of ROTIS
(1954 – 2026)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ivan Črnkovič, the founder of ROTIS, whose vision and determination shaped the company throughout his life.
ROTIS was much more than a company to Ivan. It was his life’s work — built from the ground up through decades of hard work, perseverance, courage, and dedication.
Ivan was a man of great energy, ambition, and vision. He believed that every challenge could be overcome and that there was always a way forward. He expected a great deal from himself and from those around him, always encouraging us to work hard, take responsibility, and strive for more.
He shared his knowledge generously, offered advice, and was always ready to help find a solution. His influence reached far beyond the company itself and left a lasting mark on the people who had the privilege of working with him.
Today, Ivan leaves behind not only the company he founded, but also the values and spirit that became part of ROTIS. His life’s work will continue to live on through the people, the company, and everything that lies ahead.
Ivan may no longer be with us, but his legacy remains.
We will remember him with profound respect and gratitude.

We would like to inform you about an important milestone in the further development of ROTIS d.o.o.
The Czech industrial group ANACOT CAPITAL a.s. has become the new owner of ROTIS d.o.o.
ANACOT CAPITAL a.s. is a long-term oriented industrial group focused on the development of stable and promising companies. The acquisition of ROTIS d.o.o. is based on the company’s proven results, technical expertise, and the high level of professionalism of its employees. Going forward, the group will actively support the continued growth of the company and the strengthening of its market position.
ROTIS d.o.o. was acquired as a successful and stable company that fits very well into the engineering group of ANACOT CAPITAL a.s.
The group also includes TRIANGOLO spol. s r.o., one of ROTIS’s long-standing suppliers.
This change will not affect existing business relationships or day-to-day operations. ROTIS d.o.o. will continue its activities with the same focus, the same contractual partners, and an unchanged team of employees, who remain the foundation of our success and reliability.
By joining the ANACOT CAPITAL group, ROTIS d.o.o. becomes part of a strong European engineering group, opening up new opportunities for development, knowledge sharing, and access to new markets.
